We took the extremely enjoyable and informative Crocodiles and Turtles tour. Our guide was completey bi-lingual and had extensive knowledge of the region. He provided lots of local history and pointed out many interesting places along our route. All of this in addition to the thrill of spotting four large Crocodiles while slipping through the mangrove lagoon in a hand-paddled canoe and having an hour to enjoy the Turtle sanctuary and hatchery. This all-day tour was a high-light of our visit and at only $26 USD per person!
